What is the cancellation policy for a rental reservation?
Cancellation policy: A fee of 50 CHF applies for any cancellation. If you cancel your rental within 3 days prior to the date and time of vehicle pick-up as indicated in your reservation, 50% of the amount paid at the time of prepayment, or a minimum of 50.00 CHF, will be charged as compensation.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to pick up the vehicle will result in charges equivalent to the total amount of the reservation. Exceptions apply in the event of circumstances beyond our control. All requests must be communicated in writing.
